My name is Daniel Jacques. I am a versatile professional with a broad background in business management, education, and insurance. Having earned my MBA in Business Management from the University of Hartford, I've developed a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership.
Currently, I serve as an Account Executive Underwriter, specializing in small businesses. My role involves assessing risks and crafting personalized insurance solutions to support my clients effectively.
In addition to my work in the insurance sector, I'm privileged to hold a position as an Adjunct Professor of Business at the University of Hartford. Here, I'm committed to guiding students through their transition into the workforce, covering essential topics such as career development, LinkedIn optimization, resume writing, and interview preparation.
With licenses as an all-lines property casualty claims adjuster and a certificate in accounting, I prioritize continuous learning and professional growth. My Six Sigma Green Belt certification and expertise in disciplined agile management processes underscore my commitment to excellence in project delivery and organizational efficiency.
Drawing from over a decade of management experience, including leading teams of over 300 individuals, I'm dedicated to driving results and fostering a culture of success.
